Failure analysis: 1. The operation of the blade friction guard or shield, so that the motor overload.
2. The supply of pills is too large, so that the motor overload.
3. Power system failure to make the motor but phase, the motor sound abnormal.
4. The motor itself is faulty.
Troubleshooting: 1. The gap between the blade and the guard should not be less than 5 mm.
2. The amount of pellet supply should be carefully adjusted, and the pellet supply valve should be fixed in a certain appropriate position.
3. Should immediately stop to check the power failure.
4. Overhaul the motor.
Six, the projectile cycle is not smooth
Failure analysis: 1. Lift machine belt slack, so that lift the belt slippage.
