Steel plate pretreatment line operation and maintenance procedures
The steel plate pretreatment line consists of preheating, shot blasting machine, painting machine, transportation roller conveyor and driving station. Its main function is to blast clean and remove rust from shipbuilding steel plates and profiles. The primer is sprayed. Since many parts of this assembly line have been in high fugitive condition for a long time and the primer painted is flammable and explosive, all operators of this assembly line must strictly follow the operation rules to make the equipment operate safely and efficiently.
1. Preparation before production
1. Is there any debris on the roller table? It should be cleaned before operation.
2. Is the belt of sandblasting motor tight? If it is loose, it should be adjusted in time.
3. How tight is the belt of the hoist? If it is loose, it should be adjusted in time.
4. Was there any debris in the last work of the machine? Is the steel shot runner open?
5. Are the nozzles smooth? Are the high pressure pump, solenoid valve and air valve operating properly?
2. Work requirements
1. Pay attention to the current of each motor is normal? If there is any abnormality, please stop the machine immediately and check.
2. Adjust the blasting current according to the processed steel in time and adjust the height of the blower blades.
3. According to the process requirements, timely adjust the working pressure of the high pressure pump, the running speed of the roller and spray gun, so that the thickness of the paint film and the composite surface meet the quality requirements.

  4. During the working process, strengthen the inspection and pay attention to whether there is abnormal vibration, noise, high temperature, smoke and odor in the high-speed running parts.
5. According to the workload, calculate the amount of paint to avoid unnecessary waste.
6. Pay attention to safety production, fire and explosion prevention. Dangerous goods are stacked according to regulations. It is strictly forbidden to bring all kinds of fire into the paint mixing room. Equipment such as paint sprayers and paint mixing drums should be grounded. When working in the paint mixing room, avoid generating electrostatic sparks to avoid accidents.
7. In case of special emergency at work, anyone has the right to use the emergency stop switch to stop the emergency so as not to cause major accidents of people or machine damage.
8. In the work, measures should be taken to prevent ground contamination.
3. Requirements for completing the work
1. Clean the work site carefully and thoroughly clean the pipes and nozzles.
2. Close all gas valves and steam switches.
3. Close the parallel doors, windows and lighting switches.
4. All toxic and hazardous solid and liquid wastes should be collected and placed in designated collection areas.
5. Keep good records of work performed.
4. Weekly work
1. Check the machine's internal blades, guards and wearable parts.
2. Add oil to the oil nozzle and rotating chain.
3. Clean the equipment. During the cleaning process, please pay attention to check whether the equipment is faulty or damaged.
