5, regular lubrication of all the equipment on the motor and bearings, lubrication parts and lubrication times for detailed instructions, refer to the instructions for lubrication of the shot blasting machine;
6, regular replenishment of new projectiles, as the projectile in the process of use will wear, broken, should be regularly replenished with a certain number of new projectiles, projectile shortage, the cleaning effect will be poor, the amount of projectile is too little may be an important reason;
7, the installation of the blast machine blade, should pay attention to a group of eight blade weight difference shall not be greater than 5 grams, and often check the blade, split shot wheel and directional set of wear and tear, in order to timely replacement, inspection, do not forget the maintenance tools, screws and other debris in the machine.
