The use of (Q034Z) high blast speed, large blast volume of centrifugal blast machine, can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency of the blast machine, to obtain satisfactory cleaning quality.

▍The main advantages of automated production lines

More environmentally friendly and easy to maintain

Shot blast cleaning machines can be integrated into fully automated production lines, eliminating the need for the operator to touch the workpiece until it has been completely cleaned and removed from the machine. In today's heavy workload conditions, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs are critical. Simple and effective sealing components prevent leakage of the shot. Efficient dust extraction equipment and enclosed shot conveying systems prevent contamination of the environment while the machine is in operation.

High operational safety

The electrical control system adopts PLC programmable controller to realize the control of the whole machine, and adopts high quality electrical components produced at home and abroad, which have the advantages of high reliability and easy maintenance. The main circuit is protected by small circuit breaker and thermal relay for short circuit, phase loss and overload of each motor. And there are several emergency stop switches to facilitate emergency shutdown and prevent the expansion of accidents.
There are safety protection switches on the cleaning room and each access door, when any access door is opened, the blast machine cannot start.
Each motor is equipped with loss of voltage protection to prevent the equipment from automatically starting when the power is added again after power failure, causing casualties or equipment damage.
Each part has interlock function to prevent the projectile from blocking and damaging the equipment. When a motor failure occurs, it will alarm, so that the operator can understand the status of the equipment at a glance.
